Will the finished stone look exactly like the photo / preview?
Your portrait is hand-painted, so it carries the natural, gentle differences of handmade art — but we paint to capture your pet's likeness, and if you're not happy, we'll repaint it free.
What if I don't like my order?
We're not happy until you are. If the likeness isn't right, we repaint free of charge.
Is my photo good enough to use?
A clear, well-lit, close-up photo works best. Not sure? Send 2–3 photos and we'll help you pick the best angle — free.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Can I have more than one pet on my stone?
Yes — we can paint multiple pets on one stone (best on our 15 cm size).
Can I order the same design again?
Every stone is natural and every portrait is hand-painted, so no two are ever identical. But we keep your photo and can paint a new version for you anytime.
