Because each portrait is 100% hand-painted with care, our artists require 2–5 business days to craft your artwork to ensure the highest quality. Once finished, we'll send you a preview photo for your approval. As soon as you confirm you love it, we will process and ship your order.

Once shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking details.

You can reach us at tailmarkart@gmali.com, and we’ll be happy to help! We aim to respond within12 hours.

US tariffs are already included in our prices. You’ll also see this clearly noted at checkout, and there will be no additional fees required upon delivery.

All duties and tariffs are fully covered by us.

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Canada. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Please note: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses — please provide a physical street address.

We can design a portrait for any animal no matter the species or the breed. So far we're created unique masterpieces for dogs, cats, birds, horses, micro-pigs and even hedgehogs!

Our artists are incredibly talented and can work with any animal on Earth.

If your photo is a black and white image we will naturally change our costume to be black and white too, to match your pet photo. Note that we do not and cannot add colour to black and white images.

If you provide a black and white image please be aware that we cannot offer a refund when you receive a black and white portrait.
